This game might be the best grand strategy game made of all time.  Paradox absolutely nailed the systems in this game taking it to the top of the list for grand strategy.  Yes, this game is challenging and has a steep learning curve.  Yes, that's a good thing.  Every system ties into each other and taking the time to learn the systems is part of the fun.  Hearts of Iron IV will always be my favorite (WW2 setting is peak for me), but EU5 is making a run for it.  These games age like a fine wine with all of the updates and DLC…I can't wait.
